Welcome to the 8th Annual Tee Off For Dogs
There are two ways to register for the Golf Tournament. You may either complete the online registration, or if you prefer you may also download and complete the PDF form located at the bottom of this page and mail in your payment (also double click on the dog and he might say hi).

To reserve your spot we must have player information and payment by April 1, subject to availability.
Reservations are limited to 144 players. If you don’t have a foursome, we will pair you.
Tee Off For Dogs, Inc is a nonprofit public charitable organization under the provisions of Section 501 (c)(3) of the IRS code (Tax ID: 26-3239105). Donations are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by federal and state laws. Rest assured that Tee Off For Dogs will not sell, trade or rent addresses on our mailing list. We value your trust.
